At Coastal Collars, we are driven by a passion for creating unique and durable designs that withstand daily adventures and ocean dips. 

We take pride in setting ourselves apart from mass-produced brands by crafting our  products sustainably in limited quantities with zero waste.

Each piece is meticulously handmade by myself in our home workshop. 

In our commitment to sustainability we go beyond our initial creation of our gear.

All of our CC dog gear is covered by our limited lifetime warranty!

Below are terms of what is covered. If your gear does require it to be sent back, you will have to cover the shipping cost, we will then cover the shipping cost back to you! You can also request parts to be sent directly to you, if needed. 

All warranty inquiries will require photo proof and be emailed to - management@coastalcollars.com.au

Our premium hardware is 100% stainless steel/Solid brass. Which is 'corrosion resistant' not 'rust-proof'. With proper care your hardware should last a lifetime. If your hardware does discolour, it can be cleaned and polished. 

All gear should be rinsed and dried after salt water exposure.  

Whats covered?

• Missing screws. If a screw does go missing, we will replace this for you. We use Chicago style screws which is a screw with a threaded backing this can be tightened/loosened with a screwdriver. We now apply loctite to all of our threads, If you do happen to need a replacement we recommend using a locking agent on threads. 
• Failed welds/seams. Our paracord is hand weaved and welded. If this fails we will fix/replace paracord. 
• Trigger clasp mechanism failure (Does no include seizure). We will replace the clasp if it fails. 

We may sometimes use cheaper "rivets" not "chicago screws" on some pre-made/sale items. THIS WILL BE CLEARLY STATED ON PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.
